Welcome to the Mint96 Platform, a digital credit information and facilitation platform operated by Mint Ninety Six Pty Ltd., a proprietary limited company incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Mint96 exists to provide a technology-driven interface through which individuals may explore, request, compare, and be connected to potential credit opportunities, loan products, and third-party financial service providers, including independent lenders and financing partners.
Mint96 is not itself a bank, authorised deposit-taking institution, licensed lender, credit provider, financial adviser, broker, or insurer. We do not issue loans, extend credit, determine interest rates, approve applications, or guarantee funding outcomes. Our role is strictly limited to that of a neutral digital facilitator and informational platform.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding and enforceable contract between you (“User”) and Mint Ninety Six Pty Ltd.
By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting loan or credit enquiries, uploading personal or financial information, clicking any button indicating acceptance, or otherwise using the platform located at mint96.com (the “Platform”), you irrevocably and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
This Agreement has the same legal force and effect as a written contract executed with a physical signature.
If you do not agree to these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately cease all use of the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you:
Are at least 18 years of age
Possess full legal capacity under Australian law
Are not prohibited from entering into binding contracts
If acting on behalf of a business or legal entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
This Agreement is an electronic contract formed in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). Any electronic action signifying consent constitutes your legal signature.
Company: Mint Ninety Six Pty Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, successors, and assigns
Platform: mint96.com and all related systems, software, APIs, dashboards, and communications
Services: Digital facilitation of credit enquiries, loan-related information, and connections with third-party lenders
Lender-Partner: Any independent third-party lender, financier, or credit provider
Credit Opportunity: Any potential loan, financing, or credit product offered by a third party
User: Any individual or entity accessing or interacting with the Platform
Content: All text, data, estimates, calculators, illustrative figures, AI-generated content, and third-party information
You acknowledge that Mint96 is a neutral digital intermediary only.
We:
Do not provide loans or credit
Do not approve or decline applications
Do not set interest rates, fees, or repayment terms
Do not guarantee funding, approval, or outcomes
All credit products are provided exclusively by third-party lenders.
Mint96 is NOT:
A bank or authorised deposit-taking institution
A licensed credit provider or credit representative
A financial adviser or broker
A guarantor or insurer
Any use of terms such as “loan,” “borrow,” “credit,” or “funding” is descriptive only and does not imply that the Company is providing regulated financial services.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship between the Company and any User or Lender-Partner.
Mint96 makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
Loan approval
Creditworthiness assessments
Interest rates or fees
Funding timelines
Rejection or acceptance outcomes
All credit decisions are made solely by third-party lenders.
You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and lawful information, including:
Personal details
Income and employment information
Financial history
Supporting documentation
You bear full liability for misrepresentation or omission.
You must not use the Platform to:
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt fraud or identity misrepresentation
Circumvent credit checks or eligibility requirements
You agree to comply with all applicable:
Australian laws
Consumer credit regulations
Anti-fraud and identity laws
Any loan calculators, repayment estimates, or figures displayed are illustrative only and non-binding. Actual loan terms are determined solely by the lender.
Any fees or payments processed via the Platform may be handled by third-party providers. Mint96 is not responsible for:
Payment failures
Fees or charges
Refund disputes
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All credit offers, terms, and lender information originate from third parties. We do not verify or guarantee their accuracy.
Some Content may be generated using automated or AI-based systems and is illustrative only. You must independently verify all information before making financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINT96 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Loan rejection or non-approval
Financial loss
Interest rate changes
Credit score impacts
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
If liability is imposed despite the above, total liability is strictly limited to the lesser of:
AUD $20, or
Fees paid to Mint96 in the preceding three (3) months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mint96 from any claims arising from:
False insinuations
Breach of this Agreement
Misrepresentation of financial information
Disputes with third-party lenders
All Platform content, branding, software, and systems are the exclusive property of Mint Ninety Six Pty Ltd.
User-submitted information may be stored, processed, and transmitted as necessary to provide Services, without compensation.
ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION.
This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Arbitration shall be seated in Sydney, New South Wales, conducted in English.
YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect remaining provisions
Entire Agreement: Supersedes all prior agreements
Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond reasonable control
Assignment: Company may assign freely; Users may not
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU:
HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT

ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SEEKING CREDIT AND LOAN OPPORTUNITIES
